Impact & Responsibilities: Leads and administers the University's intercollegiate athletic program to assure that student athletes and department employees are supported in reaching their educational, professional, and personal life goals; develops a productive partnership between the Athletics Department and academic, student life, and administrative units; leads and administers the Department's fundraising efforts in collaboration with University Advancement; administers athletic and facilities budgets; assesses and determines athletic program, facility, equipment, and maintenance needs; and enhances the positive public perception of the University and Panther Athletics.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least five years of progressive administrative experience in a university/college athletic program, business enterprise, or a closely related field; strong interpersonal skills; experience managing substantial budgets; success in fundraising and/or revenue generation; ability to create a collaborative work environment; and a record of developing strong partnerships within the university community and/or the community at-large.
 
Preferred: Master's degree; college coaching and/or athletics administration experience; demonstrated commitment to gender equity and NCAA compliance; supervisory experience; and a demonstrated understanding of support services for student-athletes.
