Responsibilities: Develops and implements an integrated marketing and communications strategy specific to the Office of Admissions to support the University’s strategic enrollment goals; manages the production of UNI admissions print, email, and social media marketing and communications; ensures marketing and communications efforts reflect the overall recruiting messages while aligning with the University parent brand; collaborates with internal and external cross-functional teams to facilitate achievement of the University strategic enrollment goals; and supports freshmen, transfer, and international recruitment teams in the promotion and management of on and off-campus visit days and recruitment events.
 
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field plus at least five years of combined experience managing email/web/print publication production, developing communication strategies, and/or managing and executing communication plans required. Experience with admissions/student recruitment marketing and CRM experience preferred.

This position is eligible for remote work. A hybrid schedule is preferred, but fully remote may be considered. Any remote work must be performed within the state of Iowa. Employees approved for remote work must comply with the requirements of our remote work policy and agreement.
