Responsibilities: Assists with administration of Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) services offered through the UNI Center for Urban Education (UNI-CUE) facility; serves as liaison with community groups to maintain awareness of community interests and human service needs; assists with grant proposals; identifies and recruits students for EOP services and assists in developing and implementing programs and materials; devises and coordinates recordkeeping systems; monitors UNI-CUE unit budgets and manages center's budget; and maintains liaison with the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.

Qualifications: At least a bachelor’s degree in social work, education, or related field plus at least two years of related experience required. Master’s degree, familiarity with TRIO programs, and knowledge of educational and human service structures preferred.
