Community Relations Manager
Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center
 
 
Responsibilities: Coordinates and implements all educational programs of Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center (GBPAC) including the Kaleidoscope Series for Youth, school performances, artist residencies, community outreach activities, and pre/post-performance activities; responsible for budget development and management for the education and special programs; assists in the development of marketing content for the education programs, residency materials and study guides; researches and writes grants for education programs; leads GBPAC special projects and collaborative projects with outside partners; serves as contact person and communicator to outreach constituencies and stakeholders; and serves as Manager on Duty for events.
 
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in education, a performing arts discipline, arts management or related field plus at least three years of program planning or related experience required. Master’s degree in arts administration; experience in arts education; and grant writing experience preferred. Occasional evening and weekend work will be necessary. Occasional travel will be necessary.
