Bosco Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated, faith-filled, and mission-driven Preschool Paraprofessional to support students in our early childhood program. Position Summary:
The Preschool Paraprofessional will support the Preschool Teacher in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young learners. The ideal candidate will assist with instruction, daily routines, classroom management, and individualized support while integrating faith and compassion into daily interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Preschool Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and classroom activities
• Support individual and small group instruction
• Provide assistance to students with diverse learning needs
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Supervise students during classroom activities, lunch, recess, rest time, and transitions
• Support positive behavior development and model appropriate social skills
• Assist students with daily routines, including toileting, handwashing, and snack/lunch
• Communicate observations and student needs with the Preschool Teacher
• Participate in school events, professional development, and school faith life
• Maintain confidentiality and follow school policies and state guidelines

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working with young children preferred
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs
