Clerk IV Teacher Placements/Educational Foundations & Professional Experiences
Responsibilities: Under general supervision, uploads and audits placement data across spreadsheets into Anthology; maintains clean datasets; updates Department of Educational Foundations and Professional Experiences (EFPE) SIS/rosters and other EFPE records; manages contracts with school partners; tracks mentor teacher assessments and verifies payment eligibility; coordinates processing with Clinical Placement Staff, EFPE, and Business Office; assists with adjunct rosters; files paperwork; organizes physical and digital records; compiles Placement Office and EFPE term reports; resolves data issues; supports student teaching eligibility; assists faculty and students and cooperating teachers with Anthology access and formatting issues; and performs other related as assigned.
Qualifications: Any combination of progressively responsible related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to four years of full-time employment. Working knowledge of Anthology Portfolio data management system; experience working in a higher education clinical placement and/or assessment office; experience creating, revising and troubleshooting spreadsheet data; and experience working within and across teams in higher education and/or K-12 education settings preferred.
