Reflection Employee Development & Initiatives LLC. (REDI) is owned by Dèsa Lambert.  Our focus is to help small – medium size companies grow their training and development programs, improve business processes, develop training materials, and conduct trainings.  We offer these services in person or through video calls.

REDI can also create videos.  These range from training videos, promotional videos, to picture slideshows.
