We work hard to make our customers happy by providing high-quality and prompt service on their vehicles. Our service technicians play a crucial role in customer satisfaction by solving problems and preventing future difficulties for customer vehicles. As a technician, you will be responsible for resolving problems presenting in a variety of vehicles by checking any customer vehicle concerns, accurately prescribing correct repair actions, and promptly delivering the required service.

Responsibilities:
- Perform complex diagnostic tests to identify issues and develop effective repair strategies.
- Repair and replace worn or damaged components using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and more.
- Utilize advanced tools and technology to ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair plans and estimates to customers.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Stay current with industry advancements and new vehicle technologies.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians when needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician, with a minimum of 2 years in a professional automotive repair setting.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Relevant certification(s) from recognized automotive training programs or institutions.
- Commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts to customers and team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
