Title of Position-Visit Relations Coordinator
Function of Position:
This full-time, on-campus position is responsible to the Executive Director of Admissions for coordinating, managing, and executing high-quality visit experiences for prospective students and their families. This role works closely with internal stakeholders – including faculty, athletics, and music – to ensure personalized and engaging interactions.

This role works closely with internal stakeholders – including faculty, athletics, and music – to ensure personalized and engaging interactions.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of individual and group campus visits, including daily tours, visit days, and specialized group visit programs. Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective visitors, ensuring timely, professional, and personalized communication. Collaborate with faculty, coaches, and other leaders on campus to arrange academic and co-curricular appointments that align with visitor interests. (50%)
- Utilize Slate CRM daily to optimize the organization of campus visit coordination and communication with prospective students and families. Create and analyze visit trends and feedback to continuously improve the visit experience. (20%)
- Collaborate with admissions staff for prospective student and application-related projects. (15%)
- Assist with event planning and execution for admissions-related programs. (10%)
- Partner with student ambassador advisors to supervise and train students ensuring consistent delivery of campus messaging and exceptional customer service. (5%)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills. Must be self-motivated, have the ability to plan and organize multiple projects, have enthusiasm, energy, and creativity.
- Prefer experience in admissions, hospitality, or event coordination and proficiency with CRM management, or marketing/public relations.
