Title of  Position: Striping Technician

 Location: Waterloo, IA (Local Work)

A-Line Striping & Sweeping is hiring a dependable Striping Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on role focused on painting and maintaining parking lots, roadways, and industrial sites using specialized equipment. You’ll gain practical construction skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality and reliability matter. Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities:

Operate striping and painting equipment safely and effectively

Complete jobs accurately with a strong focus on quality

Work on parking lots, roadways, and industrial projects

Follow industry best practices and safety procedures

Collaborate with a team in a customer-focused environment

Schedule:

Primarily 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Occasional daytime work

Weekend work is common during peak (good weather) seasons

Majority of work is local to Waterloo, IA

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (heat and cold)

Physically capable of frequent movement, bending, walking, and lifting up to 60 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

Able to work overnight hours consistently

Has experience operating equipment or machinery

Has a lifestyle compatible with overnight work
