Rec Center Front Desk Staff
The Cedar Falls Recreation Division is seeking Front Desk Staff candidates to work up to 29 hrs./wk. with some weekends required. Current hourly pay is $12.00. Duties will include, but not be limited to, communicating, coordinating, and enforcing facility and usage policies; answering/transferring calls; assisting clientele and responding to requests for information; selling, processing, and maintaining membership records and facility/equipment rentals; processing payments; reporting facility and grounds maintenance issues; cleaning fitness equipment and monitoring/reporting proper operation; complete opening and closure procedures; performing computer and data entry processing for registration, payment, and reviewing staff communications for current issues and informing full-time staff of issues.
Position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent. Possession of, or ability to obtain, CPR and First Aid certifications and post-offer, pre-employment physical and drug screen also required.
