Program Director
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support for a team of up to six staff members.
- Foster a collaborative, solution-focused culture where team members work together respectfully toward shared goals.
- Quickly learn and effectively utilize the organization's data management system to track progress, manage performance, and drive results.
- Balance multiple priorities while remaining flexible and responsive to the evolving needs of staff, participants, and the organization.
- Identify challenges, solve complex problems, and implement creative, scalable solutions.
- Lead with both accountability and compassion, exercising sound judgment in situations that require balancing competing priorities and perspectives.
- Establish and maintain strong professional boundaries while demonstrating genuine care and respect for the people served.
- Guide staff through change with confidence, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
