Bosco Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated, faith-filled, and enthusiastic K–6 Elementary Teacher to join our school community. Position Summary:
The elementary teacher will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging classroom environment that supports student learning and development. The ideal candidate will integrate faith into daily instruction, differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs, and collaborate with staff and families to support student success.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver effective, engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards

- Foster a safe, respectful, and faith-centered classroom environment

- Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and classroom culture

- Assess student progress regularly and communicate effectively with parents/guardians

- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff

- Participate in school events, professional development, and school faith life

- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance

Qualifications:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field

 - Valid Iowa teaching license (or ability to obtain)

 - Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

 - Strong classroom management and communication skills

 - Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families

 - Practicing Catholic preferred, but not required

Preferred Qualifications:

       - Previous elementary teaching experience

       - Knowledge of differentiated instruction and student-centered learning

       - Familiarity with integrating technology into instruction
