The Bosco Catholic School System is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to lead our varsity softball program. We’re looking for a coach who is passionate about developing athletes both on and off the field and who will model and support our school’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead, organize, and oversee all aspects of the BCSS softball program.
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes growth, teamwork, and leadership.
• Support and uphold the mission of the Bosco Catholic School System while developing students spiritually, academically, physically, and socially in the spirit of Christ.
• Demonstrate softball knowledge through prior coaching and/or playing experience.
• Collaborate with the activities department, school staff, and families to ensure a well-rounded experience for student-athletes.
