Hours: 3p-11:30p

Job Responsibilities


As a DC Supervisor, 2nd shift, you will be responsible for:


Supervising a team to deliver safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient warehousing services

Coordinating warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, quality control, spare part distribution, and component part support

Ensuring the safe and accurate storage of materials

Providing daily supervision to a team of direct reports, including training, coaching, and mentoring

Scheduling repairs for warehouse maintenance, which may include company vehicles and forklifts

Assisting in developing replenishment plans for equipment

Adhering to company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements

Maintaining regular and reliable attendance

Performing other duties as assigned


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should have:


Proven experience in warehouse supervision

Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

A keen eye for detail and a dedication to flawless execution

The ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

A strict adherence to safety protocols and company policies
