Creative and Communications Coordinator
Primary Function: Coordinates the development and execution of creative concepts and themes for Online Education and Individual Studies marketing and communications; creates and designs promotional materials; assists with the development, creation and implementation of multi-channel strategies and communications such as publications, print, electronic communications, digital and social media marketing; manages the print process (bids, file transactions, proofing and delivery) of all projects and works closely with print vendors to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines; generates and maintains mailing lists; and manages and coordinates promotional item needs including design and production, ordering and dissemination, inventory and usage.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications, graphic design, or related field; at least three years of professional graphic design or related experience; demonstrated experience in designing communications for print and digital marketing and writing for Web and electronic media; strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); strong interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced office; exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational skills; and ability to work effectively in a team environment required.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in higher education multi-channel marketing communications preferred.
