Business Development Representatives are expected to work with a sense of ownership and accountability. This means taking the initiative to drive innovation and creativity in your sales approach. We’re looking for someone who stays ahead of the curve and drive results by consistently seeking new ways to add value.

 

Some of the primary responsibilities for this position include:

  • Finding, qualifying and nurturing new business leads to increase sales revenue
  • Generating revenue and meeting sales targets through new business acquisition
  • Proposal writing
  • Developing and leading new business presentations
  • Attending networking events, conferences, and tradeshows
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments


A minimum of two years of B2B sales experience is required. Agency or direct marketing experience preferred.

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Adaptable and able to work with various position levels up to and including C-suite professionals
  • Highly motivated, persistent, and resilient

 

Compensation is based on candidate experience and qualifications with a base salary of $55,000 to $60,000 plus commission.
