Accounts Payable Accountant

Finance, Insurance and Accounting *Premium Job Posting

Primary Function: Performs general accounting duties such as account reconciliations, preparation of complex journal entries and financial reports, and oversight of the daily expense process; communicates with campus partners on documentation requirements regarding expenses charged to UNI Foundation accounts; and supports other accounting activities within the Foundation Financial Services Office.


Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, or finance; at least one year of accounting experience; exceptional oral and written communication skills; and proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Nonprofit accounting experience, familiarity with accounting software applications, as well as an understanding of GAAP preferred. Student experience will be considered.
