Robert Frederick, Director of Career Services & Strategic Engagement, Division of Student Life, University of Northern Iowa
Robert has been passionately working in education for over 35 years and has more than two decades of experience leading career services at UNI. In his role as director, he has specifically had the opportunity to conduct research on the future of work including work and labor trends, employee trends, occupational outlooks, generational theory, recruitment and retention of new employees, and education's role in preparing students for the world of work.
