The public is invited to join the Waterloo Community Foundation on Wednesday, February 11 at 11 AM for a Windows on Waterloo webinar featuring Katy Susong, CEO of Grow Cedar Valley, as she shares insights from the Count Me In population study.

Based on months of data analysis and conversations with community leaders, employers, educators, and residents, this presentation will explore where the Cedar Valley stands today, the challenges impacting population growth and talent retention, and the opportunities ahead. Attendees will learn about the “Big Bets” identified to help move the region forward together and the collaborative actions being developed to shape the Cedar Valley’s next decade.
