Tavis Hall is a proud Waterloo native, Black Hawk County Supervisor, and Executive Director of Experience Waterloo.
As a member of the Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors, Tavis focuses on people-centered governance, long-term community investment and regional partnerships that support inclusive economic growth for area businesses and Cedar Valley families.
In his role leading Experience Waterloo since 2017, Tavis guides the community’s destination strategy, brand, and visitor experience, positioning Waterloo as a vibrant place to live, work, and visit. He brings nearly two decades of experience in public service, nonprofit leadership, and political organizing, including prior work as a regional outreach representative in the U.S. House of Representatives and as executive director of Main Street Waterloo.
Tavis lives in Waterloo with his wife, Heather, and their three daughters.
