Grow Cedar Valley will host three global site selection consultants for a three-day visit to evaluate our region’s competitiveness in attracting domestic and international businesses. The panel will share feedback on Waterloo, Cedar Falls, and the Cedar Valley, offering insights from discussions and tours with local officials the previous day. Attendees will gain a valuable perspective on global site selection and how the Cedar Valley measures up. So join us for an earlier version of our Lunch & Learn over some breakfast and coffee, we'd love to see you! The three Guild members include: Larry Moretti – 30 years of site selection experience across all industry sectors; frequent contributor on site selection trends. Brad Lindquist – Specializes in incentive negotiations and labor market evaluations, with clients aligned with our target industries. Jim Renzas – Past clients include Donaldson, John Deere, Microsoft, and Medtronic; expressed interest in visiting after meeting with me in his Southern California office last December.
