What is DisruptHR? An information exchange designed to energize, inform and empower – we are bringing together people who want to make the world of work better. Picture this: 15 speakers, 5 minutes each, and slides rotate every 15 seconds. Each speaker explores a different topic that challenges the norm and encourages disruption in the HR field. It’s fast-paced, fun, and informal. We will also have food, drinks, and prizes throughout the evening! Who is DisruptHR for? These events are designed for anyone who has an interest or passion for people, culture, work, innovation, and tech. Disrupt HR guests are HR leaders, business leaders, talent acquisition gurus, and people who are looking to inspire change within learning and development, psychology, employee engagement, and tech – all from a wide variety of industries. HR is evolving, and we’re here to inspire change! Attendees are welcome to join us for a social hour from 4:30pm-5:30pm. The DisruptHR program will be held from 5:30pm-8pm. We’re excited to be creating a space where leaders and industry professionals can connect, share and inspire each other in a relaxed setting.
