Make an Impact with CVYP: Trail Cleanup at Heartman Reserve.

Join Cedar Valley Young Professionals for a CVYP Community Impact event as we give back to one of the Cedar Valley’s most beloved natural spaces—Hartman Reserve Nature Center. 

Spend the evening outdoors with fellow young professionals helping maintain and clean up the trails that so many in our community enjoy year-round. This hands-on volunteer opportunity is a great way to connect with others while making a visible impact on the spaces that make the Cedar Valley such a great place to live. 

Volunteers will assist with trail cleanup and light maintenance projects alongside the Hartman Reserve team. No experience is necessary—just come prepared to get a little dirty, enjoy the fresh air, and help preserve our local environment. Whether you’re passionate about the outdoors, looking to meet other community-minded YPs, or simply want to give back in a meaningful way, this is a great opportunity to make a difference.

 What to bring: 

• Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty 

• Closed-toe shoes 

• A positive attitude and willingness to help
