Description

CVLI Session 1 - Community Leadership & Purpose

The first CVLI session sets the foundation for the months ahead by exploring what it means to lead with purpose and contribute to the Cedar Valley community. Participants will begin building connections within the cohort while examining their own strengths, perspectives, and role as community leaders.

Throughout the day, the cohort will hear from local leaders, explore how communities are connected, and discover how their individual Working Genius gifts can be applied to leadership and community involvement. The session will close with a community leaders panel, reflection, and an opportunity to connect with CVLI alumni.

This session is designed to help participants begin thinking about how they lead, where they can contribute, and the role they can play in the future of the Cedar Valley.
