2026 Cedar Valley Woman of the Year Event:

The 2026 Cedar Valley Woman of the Year Award was established in 2006 to recognize outstanding achievements by women in business who support and advocate for women. The Woman of the Year Committee through the Cedar Falls Business and Professional Women administers this award annually. This is the 20th year that this award has honored an outstanding Cedar Valley Woman.

Please join us in celebrating Katy Susong as the 2026 Cedar Valley Woman of the Year at the reception on October 20, 2026 at 5:30 pm!

Katy is the first woman to lead Cardinal Construction in its 126-year history and now President and CEO of Grow Cedar Valley. She actively volunteers at many different organizations.

Katy embodies courage, inclusion, mentorship, and service.

The reception will be held on Tuesday, October 20th, with doors opening at 5:30 p.m. at the Diamond Event Center in Cedar Falls.
