Customer Service and Operations Executive who is retired from CUNA Mutual Group. Previously involved in various civic boards and organizations including GCVA, LeaderValley campaign, Waverly Utilities, Iowa Workforce Development, Waverly Chamber, and Wartburg College Presidential Advisory committee. I enjoy assisting in the community and have taught a Principles of Insurance course at Wartburg College. Would be willing to assist with strategic planning and/or working with management/leadership professionals who need mentoring.
