Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, providing a professional and welcoming environment on the showroom floor.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our vehicles, answering customer questions about new cars and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Sales Process: Conduct effective sales presentations, listen to customer concerns, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, service department, and other staff to provide a seamless customer experience.


  • Two years of customer service or sales experience.
  • Ability for flexible hours and Saturday shifts.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver license and clean driving record.
