North Star Community Services provides quality services so adults with disabilities can live more independently. The Supported Living Program in Waverly is seeking a Service Coordinator to implement and support community-based services in and around the Waverly area. This is a part time – 35 hours a week position. Responsibilities include facilitating person-centered planning and developing community supports. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are musts. Qualifications include a BA in a human service or similar field and experience working with persons with disabilities.
