Impact & Responsibilities: Coordinates local food access projects including Veggie Vouchers, incubator farm, and community gardens; builds relationships with leading community organizations; supervises AmeriCorps members and UNI students; co-leads the Cedar Valley Regional Food & Farm Network; and collaborates with Center for Energy & Environmental Education (CEEE) staff and community organizations on projects and in securing additional funding for food access projects.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience in managing community-based initiatives; and excellent communication skills. Student Experience will be considered.
Preferred: Experience in community food systems development; experience with grant writing; and excellent computer skills.
