Metal Casting Center
Aids the Project Manager in identifying client needs and interests and determines the nature/extent of Metal Casting Center assistance required; manages assigned Center research programs; plans and coordinates Center production foundry operations; assists in the preparation of grant proposals, funding requests, etc. as needed; and renders related assistance as required or directed by the Project Manager of the Metal Casting Center.

Master’s degree in Industrial Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field plus at least three years of experience in metal casting industry, commercial research, or testing facility required. Experience with applied research in foundry operations preferred. Occasional travel will be necessary. Student experience will be considered.
