- Manages work time to meet the needs of internal and external customers, stakeholders and individuals receiving services.
- Maintain a current database of childcare providers.
- Provide technical assistance to providers as necessary.
- Update current vacancy data at minimum quarterly or daily as information is received.
- Use CCR&R State Network standard configurations and definitions.
- Disseminate information from Statewide Data Committee to staff in all regional offices.
- Represent CCR&R on appropriate community committees, as assigned.
- Generate data reports necessary to support required reports to funders.

- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software products as well as other data collecting software products.
- Experience collecting, analyzing and reporting data for statistical reports.
- Knowledge of State childcare licensing standards and registration guidelines for childcare providers.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple agencies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of the department leadership team.
- Ability to speak, read and write in English.
- Ability to participate in events, training sessions and meetings (flexible hours, including evenings, overnights and weekends) throughout the region and state.
- Proficiency with computers and computer software.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in early childhood education, a related human services field or other field as appropriate for the requirements of the position contract, plus
- A minimum of four (4) years of related experience.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, good driving record, and current vehicle insurance coverage, which meet the specified requirements of EPI’s Driving Policy.
