Leader Valley is hiring for the position of Finance and Operations Director. The Finance and Operations Director requires a broad skill set to successfully manage a wide variety of administrative and operational functions for the organization. Key responsibilities include financial management, human resources and benefits, organizational and programming support and coordination, and board and nonprofit compliance.
