Social Media Marketing Specialist

$14.00 - $18.00 p/hr. based on experience

Rydell Automotive Group is seeking an outgoing, energetic individual with high attention to detail to help showcase Rydell’s community involvement and increase brand value using engaging videos, photos and text posts on relevant social media platforms. As a member of the Rydell Marketing Team, the ideal candidate will also assist in various projects and tasks.  This individual will flourish in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

  • Planning and developing social media campaigns
  • Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
  • Posting content across social media accounts
  • Engaging with customers and followers on different channels
  • Analyzing running campaigns
  • Being on top of the latest social media trends
  • Assist with various marketing projects and tasks


  • Preferred: Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat and TikTok
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment testing & background check
