Orientation Coordinator
Student Success & Retention

Impact & Responsibilities: Coordinates and administers all aspects of in-person and online orientation for new undergraduate students; assesses and develops programs that support new students; teaches New Student Programs Focus course; develops and implements support for early intervention retention efforts; and supports University enrollment goals by participating in committees and initiatives that improve the transition and retention of new students.

Requirements: Master's degree plus at least one year of experience in a student services field such as orientation, admissions, residence life, or academic advising; and experience in delivering group presentations.
Graduate student experience will be considered.

Preferred: Salesforce CRM experience.
