Media and Digital Marketing Director

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Media and Digital Marketing Director to lead our talented team and drive impactful results for our clients. The Media and Digital Marketing Director will spearhead client marketing efforts across various digital platforms and traditional media channels. They will develop and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives, oversee a team of media and digital marketing professionals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive media and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong media background and a proven track record of driving brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Qualifications include: • 7 or more years of experience in media and/or digital marketing • Strong understanding of traditional and digital media channels, including social media, search engines, display advertising, television, radio and out-of-home • Experience managing email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms • Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor, motivate and develop team members • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends • Flexibility to adapt to market trends, consumer behavior, emerging technologies and changing client needs • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If you are passionate about media and digital marketing and thrive in a collaborative, creative environment, we want to hear from you!
