Position Overview: At the direction of the Marketing Manager, this position will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the bank's digital footprint to increase brand awareness and improve marketing efforts that help grow the bank. Assist marketing efforts as assigned. Primary Responsibilities: CONTENT MARKETING: Work with marketing team and department managers on the development of marketing and branding content. Content could include the writing for a variety of marketing channels, such as: newsletters, blogs, podcasts, digital signage, social media posts, email marketing efforts, campaign landing pages, and various other marketing channels. WEBSITE: Create sales focused website content that drive utilization, as well as identify gaps and opportunities in content structure and messaging. Maintain bank website into a viable sales tool and marketing channel to increase ROI on campaigns and increase growth. Work closely with each bank department to identify target audiences, consumer pain points and business solutions, while collaborating with the Marketing Team to remain consistent with cross channel efforts. Utilize Google Analytics, SEO and UX knowledge and other reports as learning tools to help develop strategic direction and to enhance client experience. Explore new customer experience technology, suggest, and maintain website enhancements, focusing on the customer journey. GOOGLE ANALYTICS: Create analytics reports to track key indicators to provide insight for future marketing efforts. Provide monthly and quarterly reports regarding site performance, online traffic and campaigns, with analysis and recommendations included. Work with Marketing Team to proactively make suggestions and implement changes for enhanced SEO and/or social media efforts based on website analytics findings, streamlining bank marketing efforts. GRAPHIC DESIGN: Assist with the design, writing, development and implementation of the graphic layout, printing specifications and production of brochures, newsletters, digital signage, digital publications, and other communication pieces for the bank as they relate to business development and referral efforts, while following BankIowa's brand standards. MARKETING AUTOMATION & EMAIL: Create, execute, and manage bank email marketing program; assist with the execution of email campaigns, campaign landing pages, forms and other automated campaigns as needed. Provide routine reporting to analyze each campaign performance, sharing with not only the Marketing Team, but applicable bank departments. Generate and maintain client and prospect lists for events, marketing initiatives, and other important bank messaging including digital banking updates. Make recommendations and implement initiatives on how to better leverage marketing automation and electronic communication for increased ROI and support of marketing efforts and goals.
