AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising is looking for a Creative Director with a vision for a creative approach to elevate our creative. The Creative Director is responsible for the overall vision of the agency’s integrated creative product, with an emphasis on our visual approach – brand, copy, design, digital and video. The Creative Director interfaces between the client, the account team and the creative department. If you’re skilled in taking strategic marketing plans and interpreting them into big ideas, this job is for you! In this role, you’ll get to: ? Direct the creative product at the agency and strive for excellence in everything from concept to completion. ? Collaborate with account services to obtain knowledge of the clients’ objectives and requirements to solve marketing and branding challenges through smart, well-designed campaigns and projects that tie back to strategy. ? Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects. ? Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively. ? Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas. ? Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas and provide feedback to the team. ? Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future. ? Oversee creative solutions and present those to account executive/manager for internal approval. ? Present creative concepts at client presentations. ? Maintain current working knowledge of computer-related skills, software and programs to ensure entire creative department as well as individual staff members remain on the leading edge of essential technology and skills. ?
