Process Technician Position
 
1st Shift: 7:00AM-3:00PM
2nd Shift: 3:00PM-11:30PM
 
Pay: $20.00 per hour PLUS $1.50 shift differential and over time pay.
Pay increases of $1.00 at 90 days and 6 months

Summary: Involved in regular production operations of the facility. Job activities may include shipping/receiving, material handling, equipment operation, quality inspection and routine maintenance. Must be very team oriented and focused on goals of the team/Company. Maintain communications with the team for issues/corrections. Perform required tasks in an efficient and in a cost-conscious manner.
 
Responsibilities: Understands and complies with all OSHA and plant safety rules. Supports production; including working last minute and required overtime when production is down. Supports Operational Performance Metrics and meets targets for improvement. Daily 5S and work area organization. Performs special projects and other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Any other duties deemed necessary or appropriate

. Use of pneumatic air tools
· Ability to handle and operate tools weighing up to 20 lbs.
· Bending, crouching, twisting while inspecting and finessing parts
· Standing on your feet for up to 8 hours
· Knowledge of Production Procedures
· Attention to Detail
· Ability to follow and improve work procedures
· Handle Heavy Equipment
· Ability to operate a forklift
· Ability to operate an overhead hoist
 
Education: Technical Degree is a plus
