Technology Support Specialist

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer networking, computer science, computer information systems, management information systems, or related field; candidates with equivalent experience may be considered; A+ certification preferred; experience with computer servicing, networks, and software, as well as troubleshooting a variety of technologies; experience assisting staff having a diverse background and varying technical skills; critical thinking skills with the ability to troubleshoot and come to a resolution; skilled working with computer hardware and software; ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals with varying skills; ability to work independently and in a team environment; good organizational skills; great communication skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues over the phone; high integrity including the ability to safeguard confidential information.
