Impact & Responsibilities: Responds to system-related inquiries and help desk calls; maintains and troubleshoots Advancement division computer systems; analyzes and diagnoses computer hardware, software, and network communication problems for a variety of computer users; develops and makes recommendations on new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhances workflow and improve client satisfaction within the Advancement division; investigates the feasibility of proposed projects; assists with and/or performs interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining and promoting student employees.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least three years of experience supporting end users and supporting client devices in an enterprise-like environment; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Project Management concepts and processes; demonstrated experience with Cloud computing services, specifically setting up, migration, maintaining and securing; demonstrated excellence in technical writing skills and the ability to communicate technical specifications with stakeholders in a non-technical way; working knowledge of inventory management of IT assets and licensing; working knowledge of workstation security concepts and remediation operations; and knowledge in troubleshooting technical issues on mobile devices.
 
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology related field; experience with Office365, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Computing services; cloud-based certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect -- Professional (Amazon Web Services), Certificate of Cloud Security Knowledge, Microsoft Cloud Certifications, Salesforce Certifications or VMware Certified Professional; basic knowledge of networking; and knowledge of audio/video equipment.
