CRM Support Specialist

Impact & Responsibilities: Supports the Office of Admissions and Enrollment Management with reporting needs for the Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Salesforce and Marketing Cloud; assists in the design and maintenance of recruitment and admission queries, reports, and dashboards; contributes to strategies, implementation, and content delivery of segmented and personalized communication to prospective students and families; builds and updates FormAssembly forms that integrate with Salesforce and responsible for related data entry and validation; troubleshoots data integration issues and preps files to be uploaded into Salesforce; collaborates with admissions counselors, campus visit team, and other campus recruitment partners to ensure quality data entry processes; assesses training needs and trains team members on all areas of CRM that contribute to the day-to-day recruitment functions; and provides back up support for other admissions related systems and manages tasks through project management software.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree; at least one year of experience in a higher education setting; experience with student information systems, CRM, and related computer applications and systems; and strong oral and written communication skills.
