We are currently seeking candidates for a Human Resources Generalist for our corporate offices in WATERLOO, IOWA. This position offers an excellent opportunity to help build, and manage HR functions and activities for the company.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, initial emphasis will be on the operation of human resources policies and programs for the following functions:

  1. Employee benefits administration
  2. Employee communication and relations
  3. Wellness, safety, and workers compensation.
  4. Support for recruitment and compensation administration.
We seek candidates with the following qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, human resource management, related field or equivalent professional experience required.
  2. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
  3. At least four to seven years of experience.
  4. Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and labor law.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication and competent analytical skills.
  6. Experience in Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.
  7. Exposure to HRIS and Payroll/Benefits systems, Paylocity experience preferred.
