We are looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist. Do you enjoy building relationships while helping others reach their potential? Do you desire a position involved in creating and administering policies and procedures?  In our HR generalist role, you will have the ability to showcase your knowledge and grow your career. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with team leads and senior staff in order to be a key contributor in the company. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain records and reporting in the HRIS (NetSuite – Suite People)
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations; assess, communicate, interpret and administer updated HR policies and procedures
  • Support business process improvement
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment for benefits
  • Provide HR support to senior staff, engineering managers and team leads necessary to support business making decisions
  • Chair or serve on various committees to promote employee engagement, employer brand,  and employee ownership
  • Serve as the benefits administrator and maintain all benefit-related records
  • Assist in planning company events as needed
  • Coordinate FMLA and short/long term disability
  • All other administrative duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
  • Tech savvy – experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and  in a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality with company documents and personnel matters
Preferred skills and qualifications:
  • HRIS experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience working in human resources
  • Experience working with company benefits, policy administration and/or other HR related tasks
  • Understanding of state and federal employment law
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification
