Serves as investigator for complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct; triages reports and complaints, advises parties of resources and options, and assists with resolution efforts; assists with training and prevention programs; and documents case protocol and assures alignment with regulations and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree; at least three years of experience in equal opportunity, investigations and/or related administrative field; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent attention to detail; ability to exercise a high level of independent judgment, to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse groups, and to work with highly sensitive and confidential information required. Student experience will be considered. Title IX Investigator Certification; and/or higher education experience preferred.
