Mental Health Case Manager

Student Health Clinic 

Serves as the liaison between Student Health, Wellness, and Counseling Services providers and community health care providers; provides mental health services and support to assist students in attaining their academic goals; triages concerns; oversees professional referrals for both on and off-campus providers, on-going support, outreach, and follow-up; uses clinical knowledge to provide consultation to students; provides support and case management to students, including face to face meetings; develops services for students; and reviews, revises, and creates policies and/or procedures to address new and improved care processes.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing plus current license as Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa or Master's degree in Social Work plus current Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) in State of Iowa required. Two years of experience in mental health case management in a health clinic or behavioral health setting also required. EHR and college health experience preferred. 
Criminal and other relevant background checks required.
