Lead Hospitality Coordinator

DUTIES: Cooking for 20+ residents, following menus, reading/following recipes, following diet orders/altered diets, taking food and equipment temperatures. Other duties include training new staff, auditing, ordering food, reconciling invoices for the business office regarding deliveries, and planning menus with the help of the Dietician and residents. Will work with residents and incorporate activities for the Suites regarding dining.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 years of age or older. Cross training for housekeeping, laundry, dining services and household activities essential. Adequate experience in commercial food preparation to understand and manage the necessary volume of food preparation and service. Prior experience overseeing kitchens is helpful. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday as needed.
