Impact & Responsibilities: As directed, develops, implements, and evaluates health education and wellness programs for students; collaborates with other staff in the unit and those in related units on campus in program development and delivery; provides outreach through individual and group consultation on health and wellness topics, including stress management, alcohol and other drug education, sleep, sexual health, and healthy relationships; and participates in broader division and university activities as appropriate.
 
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in health education, health promotion, public health, community health, communication studies, nursing, social services, behavioral sciences, or a related field.
Spring graduates will be considered. Degree must be conferred prior to start date.
Educational or work-related experience in health education, health promotion, or prevention of health conditions in current health topic areas, including stress management, alcohol and other drug education, sleep, sexual health, healthy relationships, or holistic wellness; commitment to diversity and inclusion; and effective communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation.
Student experience will be considered. Some evening and weekend hours will be necessary.
 
Preferred: Experience in health promotion directed toward college students.
