Join us! We have a new and exciting position for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Virtual Connection Specialist.  The Virtual Connection Specialist will support the needs of direct support staff and persons served and assist onsite staff through remote supports such as video, sensors, two-way communication and other technology.

Qualifications:

  • 18 years old or older
  • High school diploma or a GED
  • Two (2) years’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities, brain injury, mental illness or similar experience
  • Previous experience providing remote support, preferred
  • This position requires a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a good driving record, a reliable vehicle and the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.

 

Details:

  • As this new program is established, the schedule will be Sunday-Tuesday/Wednesday OR Wednesday/Thursday-Saturday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Once the program is established the hours will change to 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. 
  • Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 Rate of pay depends upon experience.
