• 2nd shift available: Full-time & part-time available
• 3rd shift available: Full-time & part-time available
• Starting rate: $17.00/ hour
• Must have prior experience working with the elderly.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality is required for this position.

• Perform resident care duties under the direction of Kaleidoscope Staffing Solutions.
• Assists with the operations of the nursing department; running errands, assisting in maintaining a clean environment.
• Provide assistance with daily living needs including personal cares, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands and other miscellaneous duties as assigned and required to fulfill requirements.
• Successful functioning in this position contributes directly to the overall Western Home mission of providing the best possible care for residents.

• Must be certified by the State of Iowa as a nurse aide.
• Must have prior experience working with the elderly.
• Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain.
• Exceptional attendance and punctuality is required for this position.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to travel on little to no notice including in incremental weather with varying hours, as needed.
• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule.
• Must be willing and able to go to all assigned facilities, as needed.
• Must have the ability to change from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
• This individual is required to demonstrate effective communication skills with clients, their families as well as the KSS staff.
• This employee must be able to provide their own transportation.
